it says 30th October also for me
i had a problem upload my ftdna raw data file
i couldn't upload it to living dna with the Mozilla Firefox browser
but it worked for me with chrome browser

This is probably a hoax, because my transfer is delayed until mid-2018. I got this mail a few days ago:

Good morning,

My colleagues have informed me that the project that the creation of your customer portals following your submission of your raw data [transfer] has been delayed until approximately mid 2018. It will be at this time thatyou should get access to your customer portal.

The reason for this further delay is that my colleague will use the submitted results to build an additional reference panel prior to the creation of your portal. This will enable us to provide you with much more detailed and representative information right from the start.

We would like to apologise for this further delay and appreciate your patience.

Pile of crap.Signed on for it. Confirmed email but never received instructions to upload raw data. Contacted David Nicholson - 24-48 hours to maybe sort it out ,wtf. Nicholson told me to login to http://my.livingdna.com/ where I should be able to upload my data except there is no upload link. Not impressed.

So far I uploaded my 23andme V4 and MyHeritage raw datas. Plus my mother and father's datas as well. All was successful.
