I find this hard to believe. That's not a city, but on a statewide level.


Compare that to the percentage of the population of California that is Non-Hispanic white at 38%. There are more homes not speaking English than are white in California?

California was over 70% white during the 70s. We're not talking about a town changing, but a state with over four times the population of Austria.

From language you cannot base your conclusion on race, thats all i wanted to say. I meant maybe there are more whites but some dont speak english, but Im confused about the data maybe I misinterpreted something.

Im not factoring language in race. White people are currently only 38% of the total population of California regardless of what language they speak.
