Which ethnic groups have the most "extreme" looks?

On a related note I would say that the group with the least variation is middle easterns. They all tend to look fairly average to me. Not a lot of very ugly or very attractive people.

I disagree. While not to the extent of South Asians, IMHO Middle Easterners also have quite a lot of both very ugly and very good-looking people. What's more, I generally find Kurds and Persians better-looking than Semitic groups.
