Within Europe, what is a more important source of identity: social class or ethnicity?

You not only reference my post but make an attempt to correct me. You - and I do mean you - are taking a bizarre approach by focusing on a corrupt group of wealthy people when I'm clearly speaking of the vast majority of people in the professions and who own business (both large and small). Somehow you equated what is clearly being said about middle and upper class people with people like George Soros and all to make the absurd point that 'there are no classes.' Even if everyone lost their money and property there still would be classes because class is not about money. It's about values. You can wipe out a person's bank account and take his property but you can't take his skills, work ethic, or thriftiness.

Class should be projected as social power, otherwise you end up in thirdworldia which is pretty much the normal/usual state of mankind. And class is meaningless in thirdworldia.

Not exactly. You associated class with economic status, which was my initial point of disagreement.
