It would be silly not to. Finns are Scandinavians.

There's even a component called Finnoscandian.

They are not, they are considered Nordic and Northern Euro country but Scandinavians are only Denmark, Sweden and Norway.

Well culturally they are Scandinavians, but also racially they're very much alike Scandinavians since many have Scandinavian and Germanic ancestry.

Real Finns are nothing close to the blond and blue-eyed Scandinavians. The fact that they are now is through migrations, settlements and ethnic replacements.

I consider them as Scandinavians genetically for the most part. But not geographical Scandinavia.

Well, she speaks Swedish as her native language actually (I remember having read her write this). Not sure how well she speaks Finnish. The girl of the cartoon is Sami anyway, another different ethnic group (not that it's an insult to be associated with one, the 'Finns are mongs' memes however aren't all too appreciated even if many Finns pretend to own up to them as they're not that easy to offend )
