Discussion about Finns

Our ancestors were Swedish who moved to Finland: 200 - 400 years ago.
Today we are Swedish 50% - 70% (average). Some more (like me), some maybe less.
The problem with Finnish Swedes is that the minority is already so small that it will/can only disappear as time goes.
Some will blend with Finns (which has happened already someway in last 200 years time) and some will move to Sweden and marry Swedish husband or wife (1/3 - 1/4 of us have done that ... and do that).

Today % variates between families, and a bit between living areas.


Anyway...Skadi accepted me.

So have you not in the to distant past la Yugoslavia, la Ukraine vs Russia recently, and historically lots of civil wars and sectarian wars, and ethnic rivalry that pales in comparison to what is happening in the Mideast. In the Mideast it's recent development. Also Nordic vs Med conflicts yeah you guys are real brothers lol

The nations that were born from the ex-Yugoslavia Republic and Ukraine\Russia conflict are mostly the result of gone bad socio-political maneuvers rather than deep historical ethnic hatred.

We can't say the same about the Middle-East which bases itself on a primitive war mongering premisis. We can see how solidary Bedouins were towards "muslim-brother" refugees.

There is no Nordic vs Med conflict but I am not going to be teddy-buddy with Finnish Swede, someone who creates more division with her constant pretentious and ostantatious speeches than unity.

I start to think you are one of those ''new Swedish''... similar which I met last summer in Stockholm. 2 guys tried to come to sit in the same table as I was with my cousin. There were several tables totally free in that restaurant. My cousin tried to talk with them first but as that did't help ... I said loud & clear (with my ''beautiful'' Finnish Swede dialect): Get hell out of here!

Guys looked shortly on me... and then replied back with pure standard swedish: '' B*t*h go back to Finland, you have no rights to be in Sweden''.
