This site can be recommended as well if it is about the female body types:

In males one can observe the same patterns, f.e. here a comparison of two males with the same body type (leptomorphic-pyknomorphic scale) but of different sex type (high vs. low Gynandromorphy - less vs. more masculine):

Basic male body types after Sheldon:

Very good are also the systems of Ernst Kretschmer and Klaus Conrad.

I'm a textbook mesomorph. Solid frame but not fat. I can add muscle in no time and yet stay thin with the right amount of metabolism/in-take, out-put, if that makes any sense.

Im curious, is there any rule what body types can be expected to be the most common in any of European subraces? Especially want to know about female body types.
As for myself, i'm classical pear, or Gynaeoid body type(this is so true, i can't live without sugar+fat combinations)... I have narrow shoulder and wider hips, and carry most of weight in lower part of body... I have very little muscles, what i really don't like, i cant even feel them, only fat and bones
Uh, and when i was very slim, my hips were 90cm, now more of course.
