Greece is a part of Balkans and Greek forum does have more traffic than Bosnian.

I was expecting Greek explanation for Peninsula.

Greece is not a part of the Balkans since Balkans are a made-up entity. How come a Bulgarian and a Slovenian belong to the same entity? If Greece was Catholic or had never being conquered by the Ottomans, no one would consider Greece Balkan. Which again proves that it's a situation that makes you think that Greece is Balkan.

if Greeks do not consider themselves as part of Balkans, and are not perceived as such by the majority of foreigners (which is true), then you have to respect it.

Even if we did, you would still have to open such threads in other non-regional sections, as they are more generalized

Both ancient Greeks and Byzantines saw the Balkans as a colony. They didn't feel as a part of it, and modern day Greeks don't either.

Does he belong to a Greek minority in Apulia or is he just an Apulian? Because a good number of Apulians have Albanian (Arbereshe) descent.

The particular user almost thinks of Italian peninsula as part of Balkans too, so don't take him seriously

both apulians and most of Greeks score closer to mediterranean countries than to South Slavs

Let me post you again if you can not read properly:

    This applies to ALL GREEKS!

    1. Greece
    1a Albania
    2. Italy
    3. Bulgaria
    4. Serbia
    5. Romania

These are the closest nations to Greeks.

Your personal bias against those people has nothing to do with Math and Genetics.

no, dumb, it doesn't apply to all Greeks, and all south slavs you referred are not close to any Greek

we have the same genetic distance from you, as from people who live as northwest as South France

and if you buy any random map, Italy (its Southern-central part is genetically associated with us) is not a balkan country

Now, it's the last time I ask you, can you respect the f**** perception of Greeks (and most of foreigners about Greece) to not associate themselves with your country?

Can you respect the people of another country who see you as a completely alien?I see nothing familiar about you, I neither dislike you, nor like you, we are just not part of the same group, that's all

The best thing the English did in that region was to name the place with a Turkish word. Brilliant strategy!
