Of course it is. All kind of atrocities are sad, especially the ones that can be averted.
Age does not matter to a certain point, you are right. Although in social chaos the most vulnerable are the ones that are more easily the victims of flagitious acts for obvious reasons.
Divisions/labels stimulated by men are most of the time the catalyst for this kind of calamities/blindness.

surprisingly myanmar has some natural resources but i guess since it isnt a muslim country it would be hard to justify the invasion. also it seems it hs some european countries as allies
