    Default Failed sample FTDNA

Anyone ever have a failed sample, and a "delay"?

If so, who's at fault, them or me? And is it probably going to happen again?

    Nope.
    I never heard about it.
For surity, make an independent test.

Could be contamination (dirty swab for example). They found simply other DNA than yours in this sample.

But, both of your samples failed? Wow. You followed all the steps correctly?

I submitted 4 separate saliva samples for 4 different DNA test companies...and they were all successful for me.
