I think so. According to Iran N admixture and other admixtures Gujaratis are closer to Punjabis than to most other Indians.

I think they in OP look mostly Ancestral North Indian (Caucasoid). Genetically Gujaratis are mostly Caucasoid, about as much as Burusho, Punjabi and some North Africans, this is also shown in Iran N admixture.
