Seems vague and unhelpful. Any takes on what these indicate?

Upload to GEDmatch. Run it through the admixture calculators (that aren't Ethiohelix as you are not African). Then take averages of all the populations and mixed mode populations on a separate list.

I have same problems my results are bit different from myHeritage and all other calculators. On my heritage i got 88% Balkan and 12% Greek. On other websites i got North east Europe like 80% Balkans 10% Finland and 10% UK

Yeah, a bunch of calcs give me like Balkan and some GEDmatch calcs all seem to peg me as Hungarian or croatian then some stuff like this tells me I'm British or from the Low Countries. It's frustrating as shit when you're literally trying to figure out what your ancestry is

My heritage Balkan cathegory isn't exactly balkan. Real balkan is Greek. It's very strange component and some people with no balkan ancestry score very high of that.
it looks like south slavic admixture (northeast european + med)

My boyfriend is Hungarian and he get 63% Balkan on reupload. There as guy from Central Poland who scored around 60% Balkan too.
So your high score isn't only from Albanian side. Albanians usually score more Greek.

You look like pred. anglo-american mixed with south European (let's say Italian)
Try gedmatch calculators, they will be much more helpful to determine your ancestry (especially mixed mode population sharing)
