Bulgarians barely have any East Eurasian which either means Turkic Bulgars were an elite over a mixed non-Turkic people consisting of Iranians and Slavs and probably also Turkics, or that the Turkic Bulgars barely had any Mongoloid which would be very surprising for a Turkic steppe entity. So their Turkic Bulgar ancestry is kinda questionable.

That's true. Most probably the Bulgars of Asparuch were mixed people as you say: Turkics, Slavic and Iranian. Even Asparuch name is of a clear Iranian origin (meaning White Rider). They came from what is today Ukraine which was slavized already at the time so noway there weren't Antes with them.
Genetically the Bulgarians I think descend mainly from the Thracians which were probably first Romanized them Slavicized (due in part to the Bulgarian state). However the fact we are so close to the Romanians genetically is a proоf enough. Plus I ve read a book with medieval Vatican sources on the Bulgarians where we were like always grouped with the Vlachs... Every fucking source talked about Bulgarians and Vlachs and it was like they thought we are some closely related ppl.

There's two possible meanings to his name;

And somehow the Bulgarian dialect differs a bit from Serbo-Croatian, so I'm wondering what kind of linguistic influence it has from other non-Slavic languages.
