What are theories about 30% of unknown vocabulary in Hungarian language?

Only 5-6% of the basic vocabulary, so this 30% is an absolute wrong data. Mosly pre-10th century origin words from the lost Uralic vocabulary or extinct languages or extinct words from old languages.

the true propotions of vocabulary, especially of turkic, IE and Uralic?

The only measurable value is the basic vocabulary. Because the full is basically limitless because the neologism, etc.

70% internal formation from the elements of the vocabulary
