Greece belonged to west culture before creation of byzantine culture.

Nope the west belonged to Greece before the creation of the Byzantine culture. The marriage of Classical Greek civilization and Greek influenced Christianity created a new bright civilization the Greek Orthodox civilization, that would remain the envy of the world for at least 1000 years.



And it's not true that Byzantine Greece was "orentialized". I dont see and Asian Cities in Greece, but there are hundreds of Greek Cities in Asia. Even the most anti-Hellenic ideology like that of Islam, was heavily influenced by Greek culture and produced the Golden Age of Islam.

Greece has a more Southern Euro lifestyle and temperament that's all. But we do share some cultural traits with Bulgarians and lots of history with Egyptians and the Hellenistic East.
