Dark hair light eyes combination is extremely common in Dalmatia! Dalmatia has very high frequency of light eyes, but hair is usually dark.

i agree, i ve been in the Croatian Bosnia (Medjugorje), and i consider the people from there the most attractive in the world, first averag height as very tall like 185-190 for man and 170-175 for women, than an attractive mix of genes like fairish and more darkish people equally proportionated and great amount of people with brune hair but light eyesDark hair light eyes combination is extremely common in Dalmatia!
