What do you mean your doc? Isn't this done by a specialist instead of your regular doc?

I had back pain . my muscles were stiff . it did help a little . he also put needles on my head/face . it relaxed me a bit

It didn't help for me. But everyone has different experience.

I tried it last week, I'd say it was good, I did the needles and some massage at the end. Today I'm gonna try the cups. I had some back pain and i think it's better now.
