Scots have lighter skin but Poles have lighter hair me thinks. It is very close but I voted for Poles, they are by the Baltic sea

I think Scottish people have fairer skin as the weather is colder there. They have more freckled and pale ginger people than Poland, and ginger people have the lightest and palest skin of all the skin types.
I've seen Poles in London and they're not as pale as me and my friends. Scottish gingers also have the type of fair skin which burns easily in the sun.
Poland probably has more blond haired people living there, and Scotland more likely has more pale skinned people living there.

Eyes maybe similar, hair maaaybe Poles, skin Scots. I don't know what the maps say, but that's my impression.

More or less the same. Poles might be slightly blonder while Scots slightly paler.

It depends, rather Scottish.
But don't forget the whitest people on Earth - North-Western Gurians.
