I just skimmed to a random part and this is really amateur work. First off, the name Herat comes from the Hari/Heray River, not "Havar" (or whatever they). So two names sound similar? That doesn't mean anything. They then claimed Afghanistan was an Israelite name
It's actually a Persian exonym. The native Pashto name for the land was "Pashtunkhwa". They then went on to say that Pashtuns rocking their body while reading the Qur'an means they are following a Jewish tradition? What?? Lol. They don't do that as some sort of ritualistic thing when starting the Qur'an. When people sit in one place for a long time, their bodies get a bit tense and they move around a bit (i.e. rock it back and forth a bit). This happens among all Muslims that read the Qur'an. It's just human nature and has nothing to do with culture or religion. After that, they claimed that 'Musakhel' means son of Moses. It kinda does, but it's not reference to the Israelite Moses, but in reference to a Pashtun man named Moses. Many Pashtun tribes are named after a single figurehead. There's a Pashtun tribe named 'Wazir' which means "leader" in Arabic. By his logic, Pashtuns are Arabs lol. They then claim that because Pashtuns do honor killing different than Islamically prescribed, that means that they're being treasonous to their religion and following Jewish customs??? Pretty sure the neighboring ethnicities of Pashtuns do the same. I didn't watch the rest since it seems like a waste of 15-20 minutes. But you get the idea.
I already told you that the Pashtun-Israelite connection was fabricated out of thin air by a powerful guy with an agenda in a book written by Nematullah Harawi called "Makhzan-e-Afghani":
