Why is my Y-DNA Iberian?

I begin to think that I'm descended from leftovers who stayed behind while others migrated to Iberia. I still have Scottish matches based on 37 STRs, but these can be false matches, unless these Scots are also positive for these Iberian SNPs.

Despite the geographical distance it seems both countries have had periods of alliance and friendship. I have found some sources who says that in the XVI century the King Charles I of Spain send to Poland some Spaniards Law teachers and ambassadors to the University of Cracow. Some of them came back to Spain but some others settled in Poland.

The question now is...Since you were a child you wanted to be a lawyer and you never knew why?

Not only some lawyers.
There where whole hordes of spanish sellswords.
Many of them even entered by back door lithuanian nobility.

I always found weird that you had R1b-DF27, an uber Iberian subclade, you either have something proto or a very distant iberian ancestor like you are thinking

But Y-dna can be interesting

not in a million years I'd guess my Ydna, It was against all odds
