Probably she was tanned,it's a fashion here to get a tan or it may be because of the weather,Georgia is quite sunny even in winter when it's snowing so people get a lot of tan(especially sportsmen who are playing outside most of the time,or generally people who are usually outside) but you can't see a tanned Georgian child or infant here,or it's very very rare.I think I may have seen Georgian women as dark as Kardashian but I agree in general they seem to be lighter.

Georgia is not that sunny. Georgia gets less sun, than most part of south Russia. Caucasus range catch clouds over Georgia. I think that is one of the reasons why Georgians are kind of depigmented compared to neighbors.
Georgian girls use to tan a lot, cause taned body is considered to be healthy and wealthy.

I don't know,I fainted several times because of the sun and I've seen many people getting tan even in snow here and many Georgians actually have a tan(maybe most of us get a tan easily and that's why). For example when I get a tan in summer it lasts months and in general my body is much lighter than face.Georgia is not that sunny. Georgia gets less sun, than most part of south Russia. Caucasus range catch clouds over Georgia. I think that is one of the reasons why Georgians are kind of depigmented compared to neighbors.
