Greece seems to be more developed than fellow Balkan countries, that's already a good thing after 40 years in the EU...

We see Russia has high speed line Moskva-Petersburgh with a new underway Moskva-Vladimir-Kazan.
And Turkey too Istanbul-Ankara and Ankara-Konya, and soon Ankara-Izmir to be complete.

France seems to dominate all over continental Europe with Spain not to so behind.
