Sicily has significant Alpine influence, Alpine-Med type is very common in Sicily and Alpine-Med is not so common in Greece except Epirus.

I think that Calabrians has more similar facial features to Greeks than Sicilians.

Sardinia could have similarities with Greeks also.

Not as whole but i think it is interesting at least to consider it.

Closest to general Greeks would be Apulia,South East Sicily,Abruzzo, some parts of Calabria, other parts in the South Italian Mainland,Tuscana,Rome
and finaly perhabs even some parts in the North such as Ferrara or Venice.

In MY opinion it is this...

Apulia, Basilicata the most, and then SE Sicily, Abruzzo, Molise to "standard" Greeks (Cyclades, Peloponnese, and non-Slavicized types)
Sicily and Calabria to the Dodecanese, Cretans, and Cypriots

None of them look like northern Greeks.

Campania has some people who look different types of Greek and then others more transitional to what you find near Rome.

But really all Italians from Rome south will be similar to at least one type of Greek.

This isn't true. Alpine-Med is very common all throughout Greece, though the islanders tend to be more gracile.

Yes but on average the north has more nordid/northern and alpine influence. I think this whole 'pinpoint the Graeco-Italian g-spot' thing is kind of stupid anyways, I doubt looks differ between the southern-half of Italian regions outside of Sicily.

I do actually think there is a difference between the Adriatic coast and Calabria at least. I would go so far as to say Apulians look pretty much like Peloponnesians.

Yes but if you think Apulians look Balkan i don't think Peloponnesians look very Balkan as a whole.

I think both Apulians and Peloponnese look more Balkan than Calabrese would look, so when comparing Apulia to Calabria you notice a difference.
