Sardinia could have similarities with Greeks also.
Not as whole but i think it is interesting at least to consider it.
Closest to general Greeks would be Apulia,South East Sicily,Abruzzo,some parts of Calabria,other parts in the South Italian Mainland,Tuscana,Rome
and finaly perhabs even some parts in the North such as Ferrara or Venice.

In MY opinion it is this...
Apulia, Basilicata the most, and then SE Sicily, Abruzzo, Molise to "standard" Greeks (Cyclades, Peloponnese, and non-Slavicized types)
Sicily and Calabria to the Dodecanese, Cretans, and Cypriots
None of them look like northern Greeks.
Campania has some people who look different types of Greek and then others more transitional to what you find near Rome.
But really all Italians from Rome south will be similar to at least one type of Greek.
