It is too dam cold there also. One time I drove up there, about 5 hour drive, it was sunny and 60 here and there it was snow ice storm.

Ann Arbor is where I'd live if I moved to Michigan. The University of Michigan is one of the top universities in the USA especially for any engineering discipline or the sciences.
