Estonia is geopolitically a Baltic country, not a Nordic country, but considering that Finland was still mentioned as a Baltic state in the Molotov-Ribbentrop pact in 1939, then this is logical. As Estonia has been reindependent for about 19 years, while Finland had been independent for 22 years in 1939. Geopolitical drift takes a lot of time.
