Which are more Non European Sicilians or Samis?

Sami. Sicilians are about 6% non white. There are some kits on the italicroots site. They're about 3% North African 2.5% Middle Eastern and 0.5% sub-Saharan.

Sami visually appear to be at least 20% Mongoloid.

Sicilian DNA kits aren't the prettiest sight in the world but I'm pretty sure Sami kits would be an even less pretty sight.

If those Sicilian results they post are objectionable by your standards, you should see the ones they specifically DO NOT post (the ones which really have more Levantine affinity).
