It's all good and well to have one's beliefs, but to celebrate and uphold the destruction of items of cultural value is disgusting. It's like the Taliban blowing up the stone Buddhas of Bamiyan in Afghanistan. They have cultural value. Now some idiot/s comes with his dynamite and then celebrates their destruction.

What does "cultural value" help you in the grand scheme of things? Thing is, you think in a worldly way, paying only attention to this fleshly life. But you forget the spiritual dimension, and what these "cultural" things all mean, and what is behind it. Culture is not going to save your soul. It's of no value in the end, only temporary.
I'm not shedding a tear for those Bamiyan buddhas, by the way. To me they have no value whatsoever, aside from a negative value.

But religion shouldn't attack cultural heritage or monuments, in which case they are just fanatical radical fundamentalists like ISIS and the lot.
How long will it be before you decide delete the Heatheny, Buddhist and Hinduism subforums? Or even the Weird and Paranormal subforum? Or even get rid of me since I don't subscribe to this new brand of insanity of yous?

See my previous post.
Hmm... now that you mention it... nah, they can stay for now.How long will it be before you decide delete the Heatheny, Buddhist and Hinduism subforums? Or even the Weird and Paranormal subforum? Or even get rid of me since I don't subscribe to this new brand of insanity of yous?
And why would I want to get rid of you? Who's the one over-reacting now?
But please don't call my belief in God insanity. I don't blame you for it, but you will have to account for those words one day.
