Which race/group has the LEAST effeminate looking men as a whole?

..Or maybe West Africans because they have the most muscle definition and if I'm not mistaken testosterone. While East African men on the other hand can often have very female-like features.

I think most people refer to North South Asians when they're talking about that, and North South Asians are predominantly (80-85%) Caucasoid, so they probably don't have enough ancestry for it to effect their phenotype often.

Because South Asians have more gracile features. Also, even the darkest South Asians are less than 50% Australoid.
