There is zero Albanian loanwords in the Portuguese vocabulary as far as I am concerned. We never had any contact with Albanians. Meanwhile there are for sure Portuguese loanwords in the Albanian language, like "zebër" (zebra) or "fetish" (fetish) or "barok" (baroque), just to give a few examples.

Palavra means "word" in Portuguese and it comes from the Latin word parabola, it's not related with your language, just a mere coincidence.
