That the European nobility would be "infected" by non euro genes is not much a big deal since she's not fully extra euro anyway and that the next generations would delude the blood mixing probably with European nobles again.

Because world has changed. In the told time fancy things were only for nobles, the richest class. Now there are self made men and other kind of people who got rich with different ways despite their origins thanks to their ambition / works or whatever (luck / heritage). Also rich people nowadays can be very popular artists (actors / actresses ; singers and so on).
