Is Sicily part of Southwestern or Southeastern Europe?

I voted for Southwestern because they speak Italian, are Catholic, and plot Southwest of Greeks.

Culturally Southwestern but genetically Southeastern. Northern Italy is totally Southwestern Europe, Central Italy intermediary and Southern Italy Southeastern from a genetic point of view that is what matters the most for TA autists.

But from a cultural point of view all Italy is Southwestern Europe. Sicilians have more things in common with French than with the Greeks IMO. I voted for Southwestern Europe.

For me it's just south. But idk why people have this idea that every place has to be in a certain region. Let sicily just be sicily.

Southeastern with no doubt.
They are mostly greek, also the rest of their DNA is italian, italians have bakans origins too.
But in fact due to their huge part of MENA DNA i think they are not even one of them.
