Going by your chart, i would guess that there's not much variation of European ancestry among Blacks, most of them are probably in the 35-45% range as just a very tiny minority is below the 40% mark, look how the individuals with very little European ancestry breaks the continuum. They are certainly a exception, Brazil is not much heterogeneous and the borders that divides the races are very fluid, not abrupt like you see in the United States.
