there is a big difference between 5 and 10 times. So, in my best times i did 10 pulls with added weight 1/4 of mine and 20 without, but now... less, i'm ashamed to write how.
thanks fot definitions. Let me add: i did ones with wide grip in "hard style", it's when you put mathes box on your toe and it shouldn't fall.
