Does anyone know Immigration laws for Saudi Arabia?

I don't like it here. I believe saudi arabia has more rights and freedom compared to here in the U.S. I would appreciate it if someone gave me some information about what I need to know to obtain permanent residency in saudi arabia. My future is at risk and i believe there would be more job opportunities and my lifestyle would definitely improve.
