I have never seen any women with plastic surger irl except some celebrities. Also all of capitals and big cities have that kind of women, it's not mainly about Istanbul. I think getting a Turkish girl is very hard because their culture is very family-oriented and ethnocentric. Even if a Turkish girl isn't religious, her family expects you to follow their same religion. It wouldn't be the first time a guy dated a Turkish girl but they ended up breaking up because of religion or her family disapproving altogether. Then there is the Turkish culture which you don't have.

Learn Turkish a bit (not just swears you will meet with girl's family ), support Turks in everywhere and against everyone (including Greeks), try to find her in west and be careful her family is openminded or not if you like to live..
