First of all who told you that Farmers were swarthy ??? Actually its the other way around, farmers were the first with white skin
while Hunters were swarthy in that time. Also both of them came from the same region

Also i am gluten intolerant and i am not Nordid , this have nothing to do with phenotype

When you try to make one of your weaknesses seem like a superiority. If you can't eat bread in a survival situation, you're weaker.

Ireland was too humid to grow wheat. It would get moldy so they grew mostly oats and as a result the people weren't exposed to much wheat. I recommend oatmeal for breakfast to anyone with the with gluten issues, it will digest well.

I can't tolerate gluten either. Same counts for soy and lactose. I also should stay away from legumes in general.
In the overall context of this forum, I am racially very interesting.

Below is a Celiac risk table. A 23andMe health report can tell you if you have either the DQ2 or DQ8 genes, one of either must be present to develop Celiacs.

Nah it's likely same across the globe. Even in China they have it, but because they eat mostly rice there, majority is undiagnosed.

Even in the US majority of celiacs is undiagnosed.
