The average Indian in Great Britain, the USA, or Canada speaks better English than some irrelevant Finn or Santiago Silva from Portugal.

Last I checked you don't see white kids winning spelling bees.

Oh, of course average Finn who has moved to USA, UK, NZ or Australia...speaks also better english than average Finn in Finland. Would be wierd if it would be opposite. Still that won't make them anyway ''wiser''...they just have used it more.

Countries like India? I'm not expert (I admit that) but perhaps huge population of it will influence it's results/ranking?
