Actually make up also damage the skin a lot after years of daily use. Specially the bad quality products. That's why when I see 13 yo girls wearing tons of make up, I'm thinking "girl, you're gonna age not well because she's already hurting her skin.

With age women need more and more make up to cover imperfection of skin + age signs, naturally. So the best IMO is to start using make up the later possible.

When I was teenager I used too much black make up for my eyes and I regret it because it damaged a bit my skin around my eyes and I developped some allergies to the products I used in the end. For the rest I've always been natural, I only started using a bit of make up the last 2 years and very few just to cover tired skin when needed (if I need to go out / parties etc).

The only way to keep a baby skin and healthy one is to live healthy : your food contains all anti-age and the vitamins for your skin (vit E for example), exercice help to keep a healthy skin since you detox your body it shows off by a beautiful skin. Also sleeping enough, drinking enough to moisture your skin is important. The rest is good hygiene for your skin, cleaning it with good products and use quality cream to avoid dry skin etc.

I don't use make up every day, feel more confortable without to be honest.

That's similar of what I use when I'm going out, for parties or occasions or when my skin looks too tired. Natural make up looking is the best in the end since you don't look different with it, you just soft a bit imperfections (acne, reddish / dry zones, dark circles).

I don't notice any real difference with any of those women. Most of them are very average, except for the 4th who has very nice features, but the only real difference is with her hair. Women who don't use make-up habitually also give a different "vibe" that I like.

1st ) Mascara (make eyes pop) and the skin. Make up (no red skin)
2nd) Make up/concealer (no undereye bags) and a bit eyeliner.
3rd) Make up (even the skin a bit) , eyeliner/mascara and a bit of blush for a more vivid look
4th) Mascara, blush, and probably slight make up
5th) Mascara, Eyeliner,blush and a bit lip balm/gloss.

Its not about them being pretty or average, is about just giving a bit something to them. I use make up, altough not much. I usually put some bold color on the lips and a light to the rest (like in those photos).
I find heavy make up ugly, unhealthy for the skin, and tiresome.

These are obviously cherry picked photos. You could do similar stuff with men to try to prove that some of them look better with makeup. On the left would be a picture of an acne-ridden man with a gloomy face in a lazy posture and on the right would be a man with a smile that wears makeup to hide his acne.

Why are these "Asmr" videos so trendy? They sound annoying to me
