Net Neutrality Situation and Alternative ISPs

So it looks as if net neutrality is going to be destroyed on December 14th, and Americans being politically apathetic, don't seem to be doing anything substantial about it.

I read a comment on YouTube that there are some emerging ISPs that offer a better service than the big guys. These emerging ISPs offer better and more efficient satellite systems. Is this true? What should we do in response to the destruction of net neutrality? Should we vote with our wallets?

Please list any of these emerging ISPs to mitigate the effect of net neutrality's destruction.
