I've heard actually recently quite a lot of Jews in Israel are converting to Christianity. The number of Messianic Jewish congregations is rising rapidly.

Well, a lot of Jews who convert to Christianity face a lot of discrimination from their fellow Jews. I recall a story told by Dr. E. Michael Jones of a French Jew (Cardinal Lustiger) who after converting to Catholicism, was completely shunned by the Jews in Israel. Yes, this is true. And that makes it even more remarkable when a Jew converts to Christianity -- they know that by doing so they will be shunned and rejected by their peers... but they obviously realise that their eternal salvation is more important than the favour and acceptance of people...

I come from a nominal Muslim family, was an atheist for pretty much as long as I can remember and am now "searching" in Christianity.
