Subnordid is somewhat common in N.Italy but not Baltid influence and I have read that you're blonde platinum haired, it's very rare in Italy (even in Central Europe), so yes 2/10 sounds good.

You could maybe pass as atypical northerner but unlikely.

I am not Italian so take my words with a grain of salt, but from what I have seen (I was in Italy several times), I would say 6-7/10 (mostly in Northern Italy). I give same rating to myself.
