What are you cooking tonight?

[Finnish Swede]

My Mom & Dad will return from 2 weeks holiday (this evening). They will have to drive long way from Helsinki aiport (in dark/bad weather)
=> I'll cook for them a dinner (as a surprise.)

Main course:
Reindeer with lingonberry jam, mashed potatoes & cold smoked salmon and fresh salad
Red wine: Santa Rita 120 Organic 2014 (not expensive; I know, but I like it and my budged as a student is limited )

Dessert:
Coffee, vanilja ice cream + cloudberry jam (+ 4cl Vana Tallinn ).
