I'm happy that I lost more than 45 kilos. Yes, fat and slut shaming should be the norm for any sane and normal society:

If unhealthy people are not told they are unhealthy then you don’t help them I agree totally, on slut shaming though I see a lot of double standards and it varies what is acceptable behavior society to society. In my opinion dating, flirting and when you are single messing around responsibly is no problem at all in some societies this is seen as unacceptable and for a girl to do it is seen as slutty.

Absolutely. And people should stay away from rubbish junk food, but I am simply stating that Lily believes people who enjoy, and are passionate about food are automatically people who over eat and who eat junk rubbish food which is wholly untrue.

By junk food, do you only think of fast-food, dodgy street foods, mass-produced and non-organic/genetically-modified foods sold in supermarkets and also served in chain stores as being rubbish food... or do you also include a lot of the meals served in top 5-star restaurants too as junk/unhealthy food?

(There's a lot of hidden calories, saturated fats, cholesterol, sugars, caffeine, salts, etc, in dishes served in top restaurants, and in deserts like chocolate éclairs, for example, that are served to people to put into their guts.)

There's also a lot of hidden nasties contained in street-foods and in mass-produced and processed microwave meals too.

There's a lot of hidden salt in breads too, for example.

I saw a news report once showing that if people were to eat 2 slices of bread and some baked beans each day, that would be more than twice the amount of daily salt requirements. And there's a lot of hidden sugars found in fruits too.

never understood how you can become so fat O_o I can eat a lot and have eaten a lot . yet the maximum I reached was 111kg but I took a certain medication that makes you fat and I really ate like a fucking pig also . how much do these people eat to become so obese and reach 200 or even 300kg ? wtf
