The National Guard was reformed in Russia with a restructuring of the internal troops in 2016.

Putin consolidated the forces of the MVD (the interior ministry responsible for all Police units), and other internal military forces outside of the Russian Armed Forces into the unified operational command of the National Guard.

Headed by Putin's former bodyguard, General Viktor Zolotov, the National Guard is an elite force fully equipped to deal with any civil strife that may emerge in Russia and assist the FSB in combating terrorism.

These soldiers are part of an elite unit named after the ancient Slavic Vyatichi tribe, known as much for their silver as for their brutality.

Здесь собирались гости на празднование 50-летнего юбилея авторитетного бизнесмена из Измайлово Дмитрия Павлова, более известного в определённых кругах под прозвищем Толстяк и Павлуха.
