How do we know they're Papuans? They're probably just Black Americans. Only No. 2 I would pick out as Australoid looking, the others not really and No. 4 doesn't look Papuan at all.

You'd be amazed that these Austroloid women of Oceania are genetically much more closer to East and SE Asians, and very genetically distinct from Black peoples of Africa. Basically, it's a prime example of convergent evolution.
