Of course.
Every Spanish region has its micro-culture. Some of these micro-cultures are not so micro, for example Catalans. But all of them share a national culture. Asturians maybe drink cider and play the bigpape. Out of that they speak Castilian and live-move in the same sphere than let say a person from Murcia in South Spain.
