Only possible unification on Southeast Europe is:
Serbia+Montenegro
Romania+Moldova
(but also hard to belive)
All other is completly impossible.

It's probably easier than we think. Probably if 1 million people from Romania, 1 million people from Serbia, 1 million people from Bosnia, 1 million people from Bulgaria, and as many Macedonians, Moldovans and Montenegrins as possible would take to the streets tomorrow and protest : We want the Union! And he would do the same thing more often, the Union would come faster than we imagined.
The only thing is that no one thinks about it.
I bet the percentage of people who thought of the Union of All Balkan Countries this month was less than 1% of the population. Of this 1%, most thought before bed, or it was just a passing thought, the rest were over a beer and came to this topic.
If we don't start the movement ourselves, why expect others? Are you ready to take to the streets in the near future? The news will circulate on TV, etc. But who starts?
In fact, perhaps the largest percentage in the world wants union, and only 5% of 100% would not. But in that 5% there are a few (probably 100 journalists, 100 teachers, and 100 people on TV) who spend their lives fixed for this purpose: To destroy the union. Being the only ones who dedicate their time to this subject, they won.
Sometimes it's easier than we thought.
