Nope! West vs East Germany are not any significantly different. Rather it is the North vs South gradient which is consistent.

Yes they're and that's because they have less Slavic component than Eastern Germans.

Also Iberia is incomparable darker than Balkans.

My grandparents came from Halle and Leipzig, both have dark hair and blue eyes, and my father and I both inherited his father's super dark hair too. I've never noticed much variation in German skin tones though.

I couldn't say but I have German Cousins. Their grandmother is from Berlin and Grandfather from Switzerland. My Swiss-German Uncle has very dark hair and looks Italian to me.

It makes no sense. There are much more blonde people in Scandinavia. Western and eastern germans look same, southern and northern germans are a little bit differents because more nordid people live in North Germany.

Pretty much comparable, but i would say lightest germans are in Lower Saxony and Holstein, so rather in the west.
