I recently gave my daughter these really beautiful books with papercutting pictures and classical music excerpts. She loves to listen to the excerpts and she knows the title of all of them.

- Le Carnaval des Animaux (The Carnival of Animals), a musical suite composed by Camille Saint-Saëns in the XIXth century.


- Les plus beaux ballets (the most beautiful ballets):


I also gave her illustrated European classical works:

- The fables of Lafontaine:


- The fables of Aesop:


- The fairy-tales of Perrault:


- The Fairy tales of Grimm:


- The fairy-tales of Andersen:


It’s very important for me to embed my daughter in the ancestral European culture.

They actually came home last week, and I've already tried the round flat mold. I had already a silicone ring mold from this brand, and it works much better than metal ones, so I bought these ones to make cakes and biscuits with different shapes.

You like to cook then? I need someone to teach me how to cook. I'm desperate because all my cakes are failed, the dough doesn't lift, etc.
